<li>100 g lapte</li>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Galbenusurile se freaca cu zaharul , apoi se pune treptat uleiul .Albusurile ,batute spuma se pun peste galbenusuri .Apoi , se adauga laptele ,faina si amoniacul ,amestecandu-se bine .Compozitia se rastoarna intr-o tava unsa si tapetata cu hartie de copt .</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente crema:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500 g branza dulce de vaci</li>
<li>250 g zahar farin</li>
<li>un pachet unt sau margarina</li>
<li>2 plicuri zahar vanilat</li>
</ul>
<p>Se freaca bine toate ingredientele ,apoi , cand crema este gata , se intinde peste blat .</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Se fierbe orezul in lapte si cand este gata fiert , se adauga 3 linguri de zahar,zaharul vanilat si ouale batute spuma.Merele se curata de coaja.Jumatate dintre ele se scobesc si se pun sa fiarba cu un pahar de apa si 4 linguri de zahar.<br />
Dupa ce merele s-au inmuiat , se scot pe o farfurie .Restul de mere se taie felii si se pun sa fiarba in apa ramasa de la primele mere.Se lasa sa fiarba bine pana se fac ca o marmelada .Aceasta marmelada se amesteca cu orezul fiert .Se unge un vas yena cu unt si se pune in el orezul .Peste orez se infig merele fierte intregi pana la funt ,sa se ingroape in orez.In scobitura fiecarui mar se pune dulceata de visine .Se dau la cuptor la foc mic pentru 25 min .</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Untul se freaca cu zaharul ,apoi se adauga laptele ,ouale batute spuma,faina,amoniacul ,sare , vanilie si se face un aluat care trebuie bine framantat.Se imparte aluatul in 3 si se intind 3 foi care se coc pe fundul tavii.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente crema:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>150g zahar tos</li>
<li>150 g zahar pudra</li>
<li>100g faina</li>
<li>un l lapte</li>
<li>200 g unt</li>
<li>zeama si coaja de la 2 lamai</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>150g zahar se amesteca cu 100g faina peste care se toarna laptele putin cate putin.Se pune sa fiarba pana se ingroasa ,amestecand continuu.Se da apoi deoparte si se lasa sa se racesca. Intre timp ,se freaca 150 g zahar pudra cu 200 g unt.Se adauga zeama si coaja de lamaie. Apoi , se amesteca cu compozitia de lapte racita.Se umplu foile cu aceasta crema. Deasupra se pudreaza cu zahar vanilat.Se lasa la rece 4-5 ore.</p>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Se fierbe limba pentru a i se indeparta pielita groasa de care este acoperita,iar dupa ce a fost curatata se pune la fiert pana se inmoaie bine. Durata de fierbere variaza de la o ora jumatate la doua ore jumatate,in functie de cat de tanar a fost animalul. Zarzavatul taiat in sferturi se adauga cand supa clocoteste. Dupa ce este bine fiarta se taie  felii si se serveste cu legumele fierte si cu sos de hrean .</p>

<p>Capsunele se curata ,se spala si se lasa in strecuratoare ca sa se scurga bine .Albusurile se bat spuma ,se amesteca apoi zaharul si se bat in continuare pana se topeste zaharul .</p>
<p>Se adauga capsunele si se bat cu telul/mixerul pana cand spuma se intareste .Spuma se pune in pahare si se serveste rece de la frigider , dupa dorinta ornata cu frisca .Se pot folosi si alte fructe in loc de capsuni cum ar fi caise , fragute , zmeura .</p>
